Use Your Body As A Pendulum
In a world full of choices and disinformation, this is a simple and relatively quick method to learn to discern for yourself if something is truth for you, or not.
You can use this for all kinds of decisions, which supplements to take, how many, how often or which, if any, of these Ascension Energy Tools are for your highest and best good. If there are several items of equal value to you, this can help you to decide which one to buy first if you can afford only one at this time. And since we are all connected in the oneness consciousness you can also apply this to another person with their higher permission.
This uses the natural science of Kinesiology which utilizes your body's energy field, autonomic nervous system and meridians. It uses your innate knowledge that is beyond the conscious physical senses, and yet is part of the whole in a cosmic sense, as it is your subconscious talking and it speaks more truth than the conscious which has its filters, programming and beliefs attached.
Using our own body as a pendulum.
Tune into your higher self and ask some questions that have a "Yes" or "No" answer. The purpose it to get answers that are from your higher consciousness without the filters of your habits, programming and previous beliefs that color your truth. Your Highest Self or Mighty I AM Presence is the Divine part of you that is your direct connection to Mother-Father, God-Goddess, Source of ALL THAT IS. Everyone has this connection whether they realize it or not.
1. Stand up straight, knees locked but comfortable, take 3-4 deep slow breaths and ground and center as you call in your angels and guides, and intend to connect with your 5th dimensional Christ consciousness and your highest truth. Feel the connection as you breathe and relax into this knowing and inner trust. Clear your mind, put it in neutral, thank your 3D ego self for stepping aside and allowing your higher self to stream in as Loving Light through your whole being from crown to your feet, feeling centered. You can feel a slight shift.
2. Now, when you feel open and clear, ask your Highest Self or Mighty I AM Presence to speak through your body showing you only answers that are highest truth and for your highest good and greatest ease.
Your body will show you how to speak the language.
Ask your body, “Show me a YES” this is usually leaning forward, but give yourself some time to respond, let it flow through you as an answer. Try not to control yourself, allow the movement and stop at the tipping point.
Thank yourself for this answer, then ask your body “Show me a NO.” This is usually leaning backward, again give yourself some time to respond, let it flow through you to answer. Do not be concerned if you get the opposite response to these questions. It is your own personal meaning to use in this process.
Let’s try it out and test it with some random questions.
Yes or No, “Higher Self, is my name ________?” (use a name that is not yours) wait for the answer.
Now, Ask “Is my name ________ ?” (your real name) wait for the answer
Keep asking yes or no questions to get the feel of it.
Am I wearing a_______ color of shirt? Is it raining out now where I am?
Did I eat bananas for breakfast? Do I have a car? Is my car a (brand) _____?
Do I have a cell phone?
Double check your connection periodically…
If you are stressed, overly tired or not feeling well you may not be able to hold this connection to your higher consciousness easily, and it is best to come back and try it on a day or time when you are more refreshed.
Am I connected to my highest truth from the 5th dimension and beyond? Yes / No If no, relax and breathe, allow this to flow through you from your crown to your feet. Feel this connection. Allow it to flow, move the “monkey mind,” the conscious mind, out of the way.
Now, with this understanding of this new body language, ask your Higher Self which of these two or three energy tools are for your highest and best use? (to accomplish your intentions for your self)

Hold the picture of one item at a time in your hand...hold it up to your solar plexus, heart or your thymus area and ask the question.
“Is this Energy Tool for my highest and best good and highest and best use?” yes or no
If there are more than two yes’s in the group of choices, ask to rank the items in order of most valuable for your intent for physical issues or spiritual issues you wish to use it for. If you can only afford one, which item is in my highest and best good to purchase first, today? This one, or this one?
Will this.. energy tool ..positively affect the ____ issue of my personal intention?
Will this.. energy tool ..neutralize the negative effects of the EMF field projected toward me from my cell phone or computer? What percentage of neutralization will this Energy Tool perform for me? More that 50%? More than 90% ?
There is no end to the number of questions you can ask, they just have to be able to be answered with a "Yes" or a "No." It is not uncommon to ask your question 3 times if you feel you have been distracted in some way in the process.
Can I do this for another person?
You can ask a question for a friend or a family member with a picture of them in your hand or very clearly focused in you mind's eye. Ask if you have permission from their higher self to ask a specific question, like, “Would an Ascension Energy Tool be for their highest and best good to receive?”
You can also ask percentages of truth on this and all of your questions. To the best of your knowledge, Is this 100% truth? 90% truth, 99% truth. So many things come into the knowing of all the potential perspectives, it is quite vast. It is so important to remember that everything someone does in every moment shifts and changes the outcome. Now think of all the things going on in your world and realize that there is an immeasurable amount of potential here and now… so use your resources wisely with every thought, word and action you take.
