"Ho'oponopono is a sacred way of living. It is ancient, going back to Lemurian times, brought to planet earth by Star People and grounded in the wisdom of their human descendants, your ancestors. Today its usage extends to unlimited applications, and, although the word itself might be Hawaiian in origin, its meaning is universal.
"The foundations of my teachings through this Voice* are Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude. Ho'oponopono, as it is translated, beautifully expresses these teachings in four simple statements:
"I love you."
"I am sorry."
"Please forgive me."
"Thank you."
"As you use either the word Ho'oponopono itself, or its translation, you are employing a powerful tool for clearing and cleansing whatever is blocking your way. The impediment could be located in your physicality, in a 'stuck' relationship, in a mental attitude of depression, or even in a sense of separation from spirit. All of these, in fact any old habits and programs can be cleared, as long as you have the understanding and intent to do so.
"First, it is essential for you to know that you are clearing and cleansing yourself! It is your perception and acceptance of whatever the situation is, which is causing the trouble for you. Any clearing that takes place does so within your energy fields first, so that you can be in the grace of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude. Then, you will find that you have achieved detachment from the problem, so that it no longer causes you to focus upon it, and so it transmutes and releases, because you are no longer magnetizing it to you Thus, if there are other beings involved in a situation, they will feel your releasing of the problem, so that they can release you!
"As you experience the 'lightening up' in your being, you will, of course vibrate in a higher frequency, but here's the rest of the story: You can empower your Ho'oponopono exercises with the energy tools presented here!!!! These tools will assist you in raising your vibrations from the start, and they will increase the power of your messages of intent. So, if you add the Ho'oponopono energy to whatever you are addressing with the energy tools, you will accomplish your mission with even more ease!
